John was professional friendly and helpful! He explained everything he was doing and did not upsell! Solved my furnace problem in a timely fashion. I appreciated the quick response. I will definitely use genuine comfort, heating and air again.

John Weirick just saved us thousands of dollars and we'll be forever grateful! Instead of telling us that our AC unit was dead and trying sell us a new one (like the other 2 companies did) he looked at it for 10 minutes and had it working by replacing 1 part for a fraction of the cost of a new system. Highly recommend this small HVAC company for their honesty and great customer service!
We called because our central air wasn't producing much force and the blower sounded concerning. Turned out to only be a frozen coil but John was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us tips to prevent the issue in the future along with general information that was much appreciated. Very fair pricing as well, thank you!
