Had such a wonderful experience with Genuine Automotive. They are honest and kind. I'm not from Vegas but broke down there while on vacation. They were exceptional folks to work with.

Genuine Auto. The name says it all. They really are genuine. They provide good service and I take all my cars to them. I recommend them to my friends whenever I can.
Called ahead before stopping in to get a patch repair on one of my tires. Parking was a bit tight at the time. But they allowed me to just park right next to their entrance, since I was only there for a tire patch. The waiting/seating area was also a bit tight, but it was peaceful while waiting for the work to be completed. The atmosphere was very relaxed. This is an honest shop. Everybody was friendly and I had some minor damage to my glove compartment. The shop was honest and let me know. For that, they will always have a customer. They are genuine like their name. Great service! Great people!
