Well, if you are looking for a seller that lies, supplies fake tracking details, doesn't ship items when they say they will, doesn't reply to messages left through their online "contact us" link, doesn't reply to emails & doesn't return telephone calls when messages are left with the store requesting a call back then Genuine 4x4 is the place for you. Terrible customer service in fact I wouldn't even describe it as customer service!. I wouldn't buy from here sgain. PATHETIC!
