I called inquiring for car insurance and was told they only assist existing customers.
Asked for some documents and got it on the same day. Great service.
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Was told by my insurance company to call them about pet insurance. The lady who answered literally laughed at me and was dumbfounded. She went from rude and unhelpful to confused and almost amused that I’d even suggest something like that. Who knows how they even make money with such horrific people skills.
