I would not recommend booking Paula for a haircut. I chose her for my wedding cut based on her name in a few reviews and seeing the overall 4.9 stars for the shop, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by both the cut and the overall experience. Despite being the first through the door for the day, I was the last to be seated for the morning appointments, and while every other barber greeted me warmly and congratulated me on my big day, Paula barely acknowledged me. Always great service. Lucas gave me an amazing haircut. He asked a lot of questions to ensure I was getting the cut I wanted. Junior provided comedic relief. Love the vibes of the barber shop. Always a perfect haircut.
