I hate to leave a negative review but I have to do this. Because of Gentry’s negligence and carelessness in my registration process, I have had to wait two months. They sent in a packet that was not valid due to the address being crossed out and rewritten making the document invalidated. This was a Vin Verification Error done by DMV. Being Rude does not mean i need to be ok with it and help you after this was a DMV ERROR not mine. Hense the reason i sent your husband to dmv to have them do the inspection.

very rude, unprofessional, bad quality
Scattered brained. Had to make 3 trips to get my tags transferred. First time the vin verification lady wasn’t there. Paid everything up front and said would call when the vin verification lady was back in office. Never did. When I called back. They were fixing to close. The third time. They called and said they gave us the wrong tags for the truck. The tags they gave us belonged to another vehicle.
Absolutely the best. Heather is phenomenal, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
