spamming lowballs, pretty cringe
Josh Stokes entered into a purchase contract with us for our house, never notified the title company, dodged my calls for a day before sending a cancellation notice without speaking to us then ghosted us. Not sure what type of house buying scams they are running but I would look for other real estate agents before engaging with this group.
