We purchased out ChryslerTown N County from Rich and Gentry Motor Company. When we bought it they applied a special paint sealant. With that I get a free wash once a month. They really keep our vehicles looking good.
They suckkkk and are all liars! Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless u want to be screwed over!

Didn't sign the title. Currently standing at the DMV and can't transfer the title or get new plates and I leave for vacation tomorrow. There was a 150$ fee for paperwork....that they didn't even sign. Huge huge huge hassle. Also just learned the POA from the person Gentry bought the vehicle from is a photocopy and not an original which the DMV cannot accept. Super super angry at this juncture.
This dealership has literally treated me like royalty. Before I had any dealings with the owner, the staff have always made me feel like they truly had my best interest at heart. I have came back several times because I trusted them. I am a single mother and it's important to me to trust people with my car. Our truck broke down. A friend recommended Gentry. I called hoping they could start working on it right away. They said they could. I had the truck towed there. In less than 24 hours the truck was fixed and available for pickup! I was relieved that it was done so quickly and for a reasonable price too! I am very pleased with their service and would go back to them without hesitation!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Gentry's. They are very diligent doing what they can to meet your automotive needs, and their staff is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
