My roof was completed by Gentry Flat Roofing in 2016 by the previous owners. The previous owners left me the contract. It says: 10 year guarantee and transferable. A small section of shingles came off . I called Gentry, I was given a number & told to text and leave my information. I text & called numerous times and they never returned my calls or text over the course of a month. I will never use or recommend this company. Their customer service is DISAPPOINTING.

I leave my comment on the interaction with the Gentry Ltd. Company. The roof of my house was leaking. According to the documents from the previous owner and discovered that the roof was replaced 4 years ago and is currently under warranty. In the morning I called and left a message about the leak.
