Gentraia was awesome to work with! She cares no matter how big or small your purchase is! One of the only few realtors to respond to my phone call. She got me all the information regarding the property I purchased and was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely recommend!
I wanted to purchase investment properties in Detroit. I interviewed 5-6 agents in and around the area. Gentraia impressed me the most with her experience, her client porfolio, and professionalism. I had no regret partnering up with her for my real estate purchases. She was very helpful and provided very insight analysis of each property I was interested in. Gentraia is an absolute 5 star agent! She helped us flip 2 duplexes and 8 single family houses that all had specific challenges. She is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and simply would not stop until the job was done. I discovered Gentraia years ago through an out of state investment and utilized her services for the sell of the same property.
