One month later, no one in our family received our test results. Will be checking to see if they received payment from our insurance company for the tests to see if they are committing insurance fraud. Several others I know never got their results either.
I have been waiting a week for my Covid-19 results. I have spoken to Gentox Lab Services several times and am told different information from the person that answers the phone and the manager/supervisor. I will be filing a complaint with the health department.
