I've been going to this shop for a while now and always enjoyed their service until today. I always get a fade with simple instructions on the length I want. I asked today for a 1/4 inch to be taken off the top. Instead she chops off the majority of my bangs. My bangs previously extended over half way down my forehead, now they're only about an inch long.
