Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and great services always provided. After my facial today I booked another because it was so relaxing! Ciara always does a great job!
I bought a package for a manicure buy 2 get one free. I have used all 3 for some reason they keep peeling. I had one in between because after a week it was peeling and I was away and had an event to attend so I had an express service done at another spa. It stayed on for 6 weeks no peeling it grew almost half way out until I went back to gentle touch for my complimentary service for the 3 bad ones. I've been a client here for years and it's an amazing spot.
Laser hair removal on Brazilian, arm pits. Did not work at all. Waste of money for me unfortunately.
The place is pretty and well located. The mani and pedi were perfect! The facial was relaxing but it wasn't what I was looking for precisely. I was hoping for a cleaning and extraction but it was more a face petting even if I asked. Also, the waxing was much more faster then the time schedule. I wish she would have took all the time to finish with twizzle for the little remaning. Overall I am happy with the services I received.
