My mother has used Gentle Touch home care services for many, many years now. I am very pleased with all the services they offer. The PCAs are very caring and attentive to my mother's needs. I am amazed at all the services that is offered through the company. The office staff is amazing. They are always there to answer any questions that I may have. Gentle Touch Home Care Services took care of my mother that was bed ridden in 2016. I couldn't have found a better service! The aide was always on time and treated my mother with the upmost care. We didn't have to worry about her lying in waste or being feed. She always kept her living quarters clean. I shall forever be grateful to this agency and Lakaieh Clements!
