They always do a great job cleaning my van and they vacuum it all for $15. It looks great every time after a wash, makes it look brand new again. They just have a really good system in place. Everyone there is very friendly and they are hard workers. The cashier girl with the curly black hair has always been friendly to customers when I go and she likes to chat and interact with those waiting for their vehicles. I was just there for the most part I like this place they do a great job. But today I had a great experience of a great manager there. Don't know his name he was blonde tall guy. Thanks for being so nice. But the one thing I had a bad experience with twice the cashier she has a attitude. Black girly hair.
This was my first time taking my Jeep to Gentle Touch and I couldn't be happier! I just got back from the beach a week ago and you would never know it. My jeep hasn't been this clean since I bought it! I'll definitely be returning!
I love bringing my black Yukon XL to Gentle Touch. My car is a difficult one to clean and keep clean and they do an excellent job on hand drying and polishing up my car. I'm posting this review as I sit here getting my car cleaned and I wanted to note the beyond excellent service I just witnessed by one of their workers. I have been going to this car wash for years and today was totally amazed by the excellent service and exceptional car wash I got so had to find a way to brag on the staff. I carry a wheel chair in the back of my SUV for my husband. When I opened the back hatch I realized they had taken the chair out so they could vacuum the cargo area. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to provide great service to your customers!
