I had a carwash today and I notice that my scentportable holder is missing as well as some coins. I called Gentle Touch and the first time they hang up. Then I called again and asked for the manager and she told me that the manager is busy right now and she'll take the message. In my opinion this kind of matter should be brought to the manager personally and immediately. I have been a regular of this carwash and this is the first time it happened. Definitely not coming back.
took a muddy truck that DIDN'T have mud caked up in the fender wells, It just looked worse than it actually was...SHINE BRITE took care of me without charging me an arm and a leg for the mud
RecommendedThis place is awesome!!!!! As soon as I get into town I go straight to Gentle Touch. Everyone is soooooo nice and they do a great job!!!! Only place I will every go too even if they were the highest place in town. Great Job!!!!!!!!

Amazing crew! They work fast, but make sure to do a great job. Even better, they have a very positive personality and are truly grateful for your business! After the first couple of visits, they make a point to call you by name. The lady at the checkout is always happy and positive. Overall, an awesome place to take your vehicle!
The manager, Chad, is awesome to work with and would not take my truck anywhere else in San Angelo!
