Easy, Smooth Move – We have now used Gentle Giant twice for local moves in Charlotte, NC and will never use another moving company! They were fantastic and well exceeded expectations. Both times they were prompt, professional and pleasant, arriving on time and introducing themselves. Awesome Movers!!! – I had a last minute move to arrange and a friend recommended Gentle Giant Moving Company. I could not have been more pleased with the experience - professional and super wonderful movers who were gracious and helpful during every step of the process. BEST ... MOVING ... COMPANY ... EVER! – This was the best moving experience I could have experienced to date! I have had some terrible moves in NC, IN and CA but this move with Gentle Giant to our current home in Fort Mill was all smooth sailing! Great Customer Service – I was in NJ trying to set up a move for my daughter who attends college in Charlotte, NC. Great Movers that Care about the Customer Needs – This is my second posting about Gentle Giant Movers and this time they moved my wife and I from our apartment to our new home. We never second guessed in who we were going to use to help us move again as there is no other moving company that I would of used besides Gentle Giant. Best movers I have ever used! – In the past 8 years, I have had 3 local moves and 2 long distance moves, so I have a lot of experience with movers. While I never had a bad experience, Gentle Giant's recent local move for me from Mountain Island to Ballantyne was the best experience ever! Great Movers – My family recently relocated to Charlotte from the Northeast. We moved our furniture and belongings twice before we used Gentle Giant - who moved us into our new home. I was pleasantly surprised when I met the three young men at our storage unit one Saturday morning. Not only were they a delight to interact with, but they literally ran on and off the truck. Best moving company I ever had – I had 3 guys move me and my family from an apartment in Charlotte to a 2 story home in York SC. They litterally RAN when they didn't have something in thier hands, They wrapped every single peice of wood furniture we had to protect it from being damaged. They cared for my items, When they were done, they walked us around the house and asked if anything could be moved to a different place. They bent over backwards to make our move great. Best Movers – Our move with Gentle Giant was awesome. The two gentlemen they sent to move us were excellent. They really respected out time, our property, and us. I will definitely use them when we move again and I am referring them to everyone I know. I work at an apartment complex and have their cards here with me to hand out to residents moving in and out.
