Just used this company to move my sister from ******* to ******, hence cross border. They were so professional, arrived on time, packed very securely and emailed a lovely inventory list. So well done. We are very pleased. This is done right! No scammer nightmares like we hear about so frequently. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Impressive!! Thank you GG

If I could give Gentle Giant 10 stars, I would! ***** ***** (Sales), **** ******** (Coordinator) and the four movers (****** *., ***** *., **** *., and **** *. they asked me to mention their names) were totally awesome. Gentle Giant Team was a Best Case Scenario! Mac and his Team were awesome! Could not have asked for a better job for moving from MA to VT. Very professional; from estimating, scheduling, and packing, to moving and unloading! Good humored too! I would definitely use them again!

Slow receiving quote and much more expensive than the rest – It took some time for us to get a quote even after calling and emailing multiple times. Even after receiving the quote Gentle Giant was over twice as expensive as every other quote we received. They'll tell you that's because they give great customer service, but if that's the case why did it take repeated emails and phone calls just to get a quote? Apparently others have had great experiences with this company, but not me so I leave my rating as it stands.

Highly recommend! – The Gentle Giant Moving Company assisted us in our move in 2010. The crew arrived on time, dressed professionally, and were ready to prep as soon as they arrived on site. Crew included three men and they literally started running as soon as they arrived. They were very careful with our belongings and professional when they addressed my husband and myself. Highly recommended!! – My husband and I could not believe our eyes! Running! These movers are running back to the truck to get more stuff to bring in! LOL It was something to behold! Our crew, Ian Straub, Aaron Trent and Brian O'Connor, were just great. Polite, friendly, helpful and on top of the situation. The estimate was accurate, the work, well-done. Charlotte's BEST movers!!!! – when i asked a friend who she used to move, she didn't hesitate to give RAVE reviews to Gentle Giant Movers. i hadn't heard of them, but called and set up a date for my FREE on site estimate. Gentle Giant Movers are the Best! – I used Gentle Giant Movers in Jan. of 2007 and WOW they were great. They moved our entire 2500 sq.ft house and my 1100 sq.ft. woodworking shop in 8.5 hours. Not only were they effiicient but they were very pleasant to be around. They were polite and courteous to each other. I never heard a single expression of anger or frustration during the entire day.
