This was my first dentist appointment since COVID and i was a bit nervous. I had nothing to be concerned about... they were extremely well prepared. It was also my first time at Gentle Dentistry and it will be where i stay. Herly, who was the hygienist was wonderful and Dr. Spector was so friendly, kind, and comforting. He explained things in a way that other dentists have not... i felt very taken care of and in good hands.
I have been a patient of Gentle Dentistry for over 20 years and have been truly satisfied each and every time I have had a visit. Professional knowledgeable immaculate office perfect.
What a great practice! Every single staff member is gracious, kind and welcoming. They all seem happy to be there and they do their jobs so well. That include the hygienists, the doctor's aides and the ladies in reception. Dr Spector is gentle, soft-spoken, eager to make his patients relaxed and safe, and is always ready to stop and chat, if that's what his patient (me) needs. Great overall experience. And I cant stand going to the dentist!!. The office staff always greets you with a smile and the staff and dentists are always concerned about your comfort. Even with the COVID pandemic, they are up and running and have implemented a host of additional safety measures.
We love Gentle Dentistry...they always go out of their way to accommodate us. Friendly, welcoming staff who never rush us. Thank you Dr. Spector and everyone at Gentle Dentistry!
