I got my teeth cleaned and my experience was great as always. I love my Tech who cleans my teeth, Karen, and I wouldn't want anyone else to do it!!! I got thumbs up and doing well at home on cleaning my teeth and she is always willing to answer any questions that I have. Dr Glenn is SUPER and always gentle and kind. The staff is great....thanks. My visit to Gentle Dentistry was my first in a few years. I really like their online paperwork process. I was able to complete it at home and quickly sign all of my papers when I arrived for my appointment. Maggie was my hygienist. She was extremely nice, thorough, and did an amazing job explaining everything to me. The dentist came in and was friendly. She checked my teeth and gums and gave me a few suggestions. I found this place in an emergency situation several years ago. They were the only ones that would see me on a holliday weekend. It was not close to my house, but they soon moved into my neighborhood. I would travel any distance for this service, so it was moot. I love love love this office, the staff, and the doctors. This has the be the best dentist office I have even visited! The staff makes you feel important and the environment is unreal! Comfy chairs- TVs hovering over each dental chair and control of the remote!!!!
The hygienist and dentist both put me at ease throughout the visit. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there.
I was completely satisfied with technician, speed of service. During the cleaning an onlay cap came off and Dr. instantly re-cemented it on.
