Maggie is the one that cleans my teeth. She is such a nice person, friendly and pleasant. The office staff is very pleasant. Your waiting room is always so neat and inviting. I am always feel so nice when I come here.
New hygienist, Biancha, is a good worker and a sweet person.
The service was excellent.
Diana has been taking care of my teeth for the past 4 years. She's great and I trust her very much. Dr. Glenn, Dr. Sieber and Dr. Bazan have done some cavity work and an implant. The offices are always clean and the staff is great! I moved to Arlington 3 years ago and I don't mind driving all the way to Las Colinas because I'm extremely happy with their work.
Had excellent service from the staff as always, Diana cleaned my teeth and we had a great conversation in between with lots of laughs as I was watching the overhead TV and the talk show was eating ice cream... talk about a tease. Got to see Dr. Sieber after many years as Dr. Glenn had a day off and we had a good little chat too. I believe I've been coming here for 9 years now and I drive all the way from Frisco because the service is great.
From updating my medical records to teeth cleaning everything went smoothly. In and out of the office in less than an hour. All questions answered and next appointment scheduled with an automated email confirming date and time. Gentle Dentistry makes the customer experience a pleasant one.
Linda was very professional and I really liked how she explained what she was doing. I request to see her each time!! Found my Hygienist! Thank you so much!
