Actually, I received a new Crown because the old one broke. My disappointment rests predominantly with my Dental insurance carrier for requiring the life expectancy of a crown last 8 years. My existing crown lasted a little more than 5 years, so I had to pay out of pocket. I have absolutely "No Complaints" with the quality of care, compassion and friendliness of the Doctors and Staff.
I had a couple crowns done by Dr Glenn, which was an excellent experience for a person afraid of dental procedures. One of the crowns needed an adjustment and I called late in the afternoon and got an appt for the next morning. The crown was adjusted and I was on my way! I highly recommend DrGlenn and her staff!
Maggie is a great hygienist! My teeth always feel smooth and really clean after a check up there. Dr. Glenn is a dentist I can trust. I went to another dentist in between visits at Dr. Glenn's because of insurance changes and the other dentist told me I needed $1800 worth of work for 3 crowns. I sent their xrays to Dr. Glenn and she found no such problems. I am grateful to Dr. Glenn's office and their integrity/
Everyone is very friendly and competent; the offices are clean, bright and appealing;
Reservation was easy, very friendly front desk assistance, waiting time is not more than ten minuets, clean and very comfortable rooms. The staffs explain what needs to be done each step of the way. Dr. Ramirez's examination is excellent. They explain each observations and prioritize procedures before talking about payment options, which is handled by a separate staff. No up sale, no intimidation what so ever. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry.
