So I have been going to the office since 2013. Super fast dental cleaning. My dentist changed and I was not notified. Dr Ramirez starting seeing me. He spoke minimal and then all the sudden I need four crowns. I knew he was watching something but never said anything. I got to get treatment price options. I have to sign to agree to pay. I noticed there is an extra $144 fee for preparing or building up the tooth not included in the crown fee. My six monthly dental cleaning was smooth sailing as usual from the intake, exams, dental hygienist, and dentist.
I have been going to Gentle Dentistry and seeing Dr. Glenn for 25 years. And Diana has been my dental hygienist for 15 plus years. They and the entire staff have always been awesome and have taken care of me and my dental needs with great care. Diana is meticulous and a perfectionist in cleaning my teeth. And Dr. Glenn, an excellent and experienced dentist, has kept current and improved her practice by moving into a new, contemporary office and brought in other dentists and staff.
Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas lives up to its name. I have had a number of different procedures and both Dr. Glenn and Dr. Ramirez have been gentle, kind and very professional. They explain what needs repairing and move quickly through the procedure making sure that I am comfortable. I love starting out my appointment with Diana, my dental hygienist.
