My main complaint with my recent visit is that my dentist was gone and I was not made aware of that fact until I had arrived for my 7am appointment. I elected to keep my appointment slot and just have a cleaning because I have a very busy schedule and don't have time for re-scheduling. This was actually the second time that the attendance of a staff member impacted my appointment. Two visits previously, my hygienist was absent and again, I was not aware until I arrived. Everyone explained what they were going to do before they did it. They demonstrated great concern for my comfort and I felt did the best they could to minimize the pain as much as possible.

Dentist did great job but hygienist was very poor in her methods. Still sore from this.
The first visit was very good. Very thorough and clear. I was expecting a follow up for the next appointment though.
