The hygienist did an overall good job, worked methodically, and mentioned that some teeth/gum areas could use more daily care, but then failed to identify those specific areas and discuss with me the overall results or improvement plan. The dentist said very little during his 2 minute exam. First I want to send a BIG thanks to Tara at the front deck! I am not the easiest customer to deal with. NEVER have I had a problem with her.
During my annual visit this year, I was advised of two cavities which needed filling. I had both of them done. Unfortunately one of the treated tooth has been paining since then (I didn't have any pain prior to the fillings). It seems one of the filling needs to be removed now. Ouch !. I should say that the staff (doctors, nurses, assistants and greeters) have been awesome.
I always feel as though the staff is interested in my care and making a safe environment free of anxiety and pain

My family dentist was Dr. S. When she was replaced, I was not notified and twice now a different stranger has appeared to work on my teeth with barely an introduction. I believe this to be unprofessional and disturbing. I was reluctant to return to this clinic but have due to the courteous staff at the front desk and convenient location to my home.
