I find it interesting that you ask questions about the front end of the appointment, but not specifically about the professionals. My hygientist, Theresa, was rough and when I mentioned that she blamed me for not flossing, which I do on a regular basis, rather than owning that she was being too rough. I had to wait several minutes (about 15) to see the doctor and there was no mention of a thank you for waiting or that he was sorry I had to wait to see him. I normally come here for cleanings which usually go well and smoothly and that's coming from a person who hates the dentist. But I recently got two fillings in my wisdom teeth and the procedure itself was fine but I will say nobody told me what was happening. All of a sudden I saw a needle going to my mouth (luckily I'm failry tough). Also, it was a first time getting a fill and they didn't give me any instructions on what to do after or avoid, it was just ok your done. Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.
The staff was friendly and I had no wait time. The appointment was efficient. My last dentist it took hours, having to wait for each step. Here it is quick, yet they do a great job.
