The sole purpose of this practice is to extract as much money out of you and your insurance agency as possible. Awful on every level. AVOID
me and my mom both have a gums disease that can't be covered by are insurance and the dentist said they can't do anything with my teeth till I get the deep cleaning and I need teeth work I need some filling and I'm pregnant and they are refusing me till I get it don't I don't have that money right now and my mom haven't had the cleaning done in a couple of years and they still worked on her so how are they going to refuse one costumer and tell the other one something else me and my mom are very mad at them for doing this I h... read more
I have gum disease ins won't cover the cleaning. I have it from Medical conditions you guys said u can fix my bad teeth without the cleaning and did.. my daughter also has it and has some bad teeth and told her u refuse to help her until she has the cleaning which ins doesn't cover... so how can u tell one patient u will help and not the other?! you will loose a lot of patients this way!
1 star This is THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I’VE EVER DELT WITH!!! TGE customer service is absolutely awful, no curtsy or respect given to you as a patient. In November 2018 I took my son there, and Doctors hands was shaking, like he was after night of drinking. I’ve never seen Doctors hands shake like that! After that I had an appointment for my daughter and I wasn’t able to be there, but my oldest son brought her, and they would not take her for appointment because I wasn’t able to be there. I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience here I would never suggest it to anyone and if it was possible to give this place negative stars I would. They ground off the corner of my front tooth.
reading reviews and word of mouth sounds like your a pretty pathetic dentle clinic. My guess is you won't be practicing much longer. Compassion and understanding goes a long way!

RecommendedI am extremely happy. With my results. I have been ashamed of my smile for awhile and Dr. Kristina Lecount has completely changed that for me. I am very happy and I couldn’t be more grateful. Up until now I have never had a positive dental experience and she makes her patients feel comfortable and like an actual person and not just another agenda to get through for the day.
