I had a very disappointing experience with Eric Tsen. During my appointment, I felt he was trying to belittled me. The dentist used the words "stupid" when saying that I could get Alzheimer's and turn out stupid. I found this extrememly offensive since I have family member who suffers from Alzheimer's. He should be careful how he uses his words. He was really unprofessional. No patient should be spoken to that way, regardless of the situation.
