The clinic engaged in deceptive marketing. They confirmed 100% coverage before the appointment, but forced me to pay an unauthorized out-of-pocket fee upon arrival, which matches exactly what my insurance fully covers. I refused treatment and left.
Positive experiences from multiple times I have been there. As a neurodivergent person, this dentist has been way more pleasant than other dentists I have been to. They provide sunglasses when you're in the chair and let you know ways to communicate with them nonverbally when they have things in your mouth. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of these considerations. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will continue going here and recommend them.
