Horrible service I dont leave any one star reviews. This place takes the cake for unbelievably horrible service. I had a broken molar tooth with an abscess the size of a marble(emergency situation) they told me I had good luck that i had a routine cleaning the next day and that they would replace that slot at 10:30am to fix my tooth and abscess i call in the next morning and they said they had NO record of an appt so they could NOT see me. My first appointment was ok, but scheduled out for cleaning by 6 months, then cancelled again and pushed out six months. One year later my appointment got changed again I was parking at the office when I got the call . I was offered an appointment 6 months later, I complained and got in a few days later. First time I have been a little disappointed. Since my husband has Alzheimer’s I requested that the Hygenist provide me with any instructions. She did not and even scheduled an appointment that I needed to reschedule. Not sure what instructions were given.
Dont come to this place! The owner will say "call the managers office to fix the matter of the low review"but when you call the office, they act like they dont know what your talking about. Read all the reviews WARNING ! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
