I already spoke about this to the receptionist. In Fall '12, I received dozens of notifications for my appointment by text and email and requested to receive just one notification. Then, I missed an appointment in March because I didn't receive any reminders/notifications at all. For this most recent appointment, I didn't receive a notification until 2pm (for a 4pm visit). I recommend a fine-tuning of your notifications system. I feel that a text/email one week in advance of the appointment is an adequate reminder that would... read more
