I find your front stairs precarious & your el... I find your front stairs precarious & your elevator scary. If not at street level, I expect modern, reliable, & fast elevator service. Using your elevator is such a waste of my time. I always wonder if I will actually make it to the 2nd floor. Your people are just wonderful & your services are always top-notch, but I really find your facility outdated, uncomfortable, inconvenient & not at all patient-centric.
