The filling that Dr. Kelly re-cemented fell out again the next day. He said that it was a temporary cement. It's not really a big deal as I knew it could happen. I'll just wait until he replaces it next month.

I was surprised to learn that your rates have... I was surprised to learn that your rates have increased and that my insurance company no longer covers your charge for a normal six month visit. I will consider other options since I think I can obtain similar service, closer to home at a price that is covered by my insurance.
