I set dental appointments 4 months out and took time off of work. The night prior my appointment was canceled by the team. My wife was able to reschedule for a few days later but I had work and could not. Since then, my wife receives bills despite constantly reminding them of our insurance. We have an issue every single time we have to interact with them. The absolute worst experience I have ever had.

I was in for a cleaning. It went very well-- The hygienist was very gentle was complimenting where she saw good care. She also made good recommendations. And gave an extra coating as a precaution in a more tender area. I appreciated the special care and concern for prevention.
Kate did my cleaning and was friendly, gentle, and explained each thing that she was about to do
I have a painful tooth problem. I went into their walk in clinic at 700 am. Great, quick care. Very glad for their help.
