Staff and dentist where extremely nice and fun to chat to. Was able to take care of two issues in a single appointment. Im was happy for that.
So I’m very disappointed with gentle dental. I literally have not been over there in three years. And they text me saying that I’m due for my cleaning just very incompetent and honestly a very sloppy spirit "I have no interest in calling your office to resolve an issue that your own records should have prevented. I haven't been a patient in three years, and it is unacceptable that your system is still sending me automated prompts.
