This event occurred 05/03/2021. I had an appointment for me, my oldest daughter at 4:20pm and my youngest daughter at 4:30pm. I arrived at the facility 4:18pm after speaking to staff at 4:13pm and 4:14pm via phone to confirm I was coming. We were told to be seated. After being seated for a minute or so, staff asked has my youngest been at Gentle Dental before. I told them no and was told to fill out new patient paperwork for her. They take the time to get to know you. Friendly people, great chair-side etiquette, and professional. Taking care of your teeth is a team effort with these people.

Very professional. Hygienist noticed a spot on my gums, took X-ray and with that and comparison with last X-ray prompted referral by dentist to 2 specialist. This prompted care before more destruction occurred. Thank you.
I went in for a routine six months checkup and cleaning and as always, Paula and her team got me together, made it a smooth and comfortable visit, and were delightful.
I am always pleased with the professionalism of Dental Health partners. I have been a patient in this practice for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Their COVID 19 safety protocols are excellent, and adhered to, assuring everyone's safety.
