Good dental office overall. Check in was quick, and everyone was professional and polite.
With full care, the surgical extraction was performed with complete precision and professionalism, and without bleeding, even though I take blood thinners. The extraction was done, no complications occurred, and I did not need to take any painkillers. However, what concerns the patient is the workflow with the insurance. The center’s administration refused to contact the insurance and asked me to pay the full amount. They also asked me to email the insurance myself, which is uncomfortable for the patient.
