It is a good system but I don't know if 3+ reminders are necessary.
I get nervous going to the dentist and the last 2 times I have seen Dr.Wood, I have had zero pain while there and felt great when I left. I can not say enough great things about them!!!
What a wonderful place to go to have the most dreaded dental work done.
