From a mildly difficult patient due to pain sensitivity. The staff has been great to work with. Very understanding and patient. Was able to discuss my concerns and work up a plan we could all agree with. Would recommend
0 stars for unprofessionalism, terrible customer relation and care. For me, three different times, have continuously texted me a confirmation time and date prior to my appointment, and when I’ve arrived have no clue why I’m there so I’ve had to reschedule since also coincidentally no one was there to quickly squeeze me in when I woke up early and drove 15-20min to get there because, ya know, I remembered my appointment. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The dentist was so nice and easy to talk to! Definitely becoming my go to dental place.
