Ashley was very friendly. Dr. K made sure to take his time and explain/answer any questions that I had. 10/10 recommend.
Dr. Kaur has me looking good .. Fixed my upper cavities. Very happy. She's patient, kind and always explains everything beforehand. I have found my dentist. Im not leaving her!!! Yes, It has taken me a little bit of time to find the right Dr. But now that Ive found her I can relax knowing she takes great care in her patients .
Staff is very kind and caring. I truly enjoy going to the dentist they medicate me to help with my fears of injections. The dentist explains everything to expect and that’s very important to me. Great dentist and group of caring employees.
Overall, I hope this feedback helps the practice improve. My impression was that there was more focus on discussing additional treatments and costs than on helping me understand the best treatment plan for my needs. I believe patients should feel that their care comes first and that recommendations are based on what’s best for their oral health. I hope the practice continues to focus on providing excellent patient care and clear communication.
