Unprofessional care and completely unexplainable billing codes. I am highly disappointed with a recent visit my kids had. The office operates with the typical coldness of a giant dental corporation, prioritizing patient turnover over quality care. Aside from poor experience in the chair, their billing practices are incredibly opaque. Everything went well on my visit today to have my teeth cleaned. The only disappointment was that I could not see Tina, my hygenist for many years now. However, the hygenist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and friendly and I did like her. The young man who assisted her was very cordial and the office staff was professional and friendly.

At my very first appointment with gentle dental, I had a great experience with my dr’s. I felt like he really was attentive to my concerns and understand what I need in my care. I’m excited to start my dental journey with them. My teeth are going to be even more fantastic than they already are.
