As a current patient at Gentle Dental I enjoy coming and seeing all the staff, the hygienist, Dr.Mann, and others but quite frankly after leaving today I have never been more anxious to sit in a dentist chair because of my experience. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen—a fill in Doctor for Dr.Mann— was extremely unprofessional from the provocative comments about me being a “big baby” about needles going into my mouth to standing up and leaving in the middle of my procedure to argue with one of staff working that shift.
