Beware. What a despicable business whose goal is to bleed you dry financially from hidden fees, lies and willing deception. I should have listened to my instincts that this fancy building and office and franchise "Gentle Dental" only exists from extracting every service they can from you. I have never in my life had x-rays and a cleaning and a follow-up cleaning all happen as separate inconvenient visits all with out-of-pocket expenses. Just finished with a series of visits for the process of getting an implant. Dr. Kim Erickson, my oral surgeon, and Dr. John Holland, my regular dentist, are terrific. Very kind, very gentle--and I am a nervous dental patient! I highly recommend this practice.
When I called to book the guy just really didn't care and sounded like I was wasting his time by booking a cleaning and wanting to know how much it would cost. If some people take a normal cleaning and others take a deep cleaning, then tell us how much they cost. Waited a month to find that they only booked an exam with no cleaning and they acted like an exam with no cleaning was normal. Who goes in for a dental exam alone? Next cleaning slot available in almost 2 months. That makes a 3 month wait from when I first called.
Came in for a temp crown just a few days ago. I have extreme anxiety with dental procedures. Everyone in the clinic did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and relaxed ☺️
