Zero stars if I could. I usually go to gentle dental in Albany but they don't currently have a dentist so they said I would need to go to Corvallis. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for a crown that came off. I arrived on time. Sat in the waiting room for almost an hour before they decided to bring me paperwork saying they dont have updated medical history. Their online appointment request form "pretends" that near term appointments are available when they are booked 7 months out for routine work, like exams and cleanings. Then they waste your time taking all your personal info on the phone before telling you this and when you act shocked, they pretend it's the most normal thing ever to wait more than half a year for an appointment. None of my time would have been wasted if their online calendar reflected their actual status. Be more transparent, please.

It was great! My kid said the cleaning and examination was very thorough and it didn’t hurt. In the waiting room my kids loved the coloring books they had.
