Great experiences with the dentist and hygenists here! Care was explained very well and all of my questions were answered before any work. Fillings and cleanings were quick and painless. Would strongly recommend this team!
Stay away. Completely unresponsive front desk. Won't pick up phone or return calls.
The scheduling office scheduled me to a different office without telling me and when I showed up I had to reschedule for a month later. They left me in distress because I can only eat on one side of my mouth soft food. ONE month of extra BS because they couldn’t tell me the right address, and when I complained they showed ZERO remorse, no apology just a deal with it… very mad!
This is the 3rd time I've made an appointment at this location and something is wrong with their system! Made an appointment a month and a half ago. I took the day off work and pulled my son out of school to get here at 930 for our appointment to be told that's weird the appointment is not in our system can you come back Friday? Hell no I can't come back Friday I have to work and my son has school. Worst location in gentle dental franchise!
