Scheduling was easy and staff was friendly.
Friday, September 18, 2026. I went to Gentle Dental to get my permanent crown installed. The assistant lady named Jocelyn had a hard time removing the temporary crown. It was too tight according to her. However, she kept forcing to pull it out violently and the tool hurt my bottom lip. She then blamed me for moving my head too much during the process (in fact I stayed calm and patient). A very noisy, useless, and annoying lady. The doctors were well informed and efficient. I could not have asked for better treatment.
The dentists were kind and solutions oriented. It was easy to get an appointment for a last minute crown emergency.
Excellent service, friendly staff & intelligent, caring doctor's. will refer family & friends. Keep it up.
