Cleaning Dr. Haley was great.
I could not be happier about the service I have received at Forum Dental. I used to have a Dentist that I would wait an hour to two hours beyond my appointment date just to get called back & then another fifteen to thirty minutes until he came In the room. He scared my youngest daughter so bad that I had to take her to a pediatric Dentist & she still as an adult had a hard time with Dentist until I convinced her to make an appointment with your Dental Group. Dr Cheryl did an outstanding job matching two new crowns with crowns I had received in Wisconsin. They fit and look great! Dr. Cheryl and Sabrina from the office were also great at making sure the entire process went without a hitch and always accommodating. Just found my new dentist!!!
