Staff is horrible. Prepaid for dental services that I was told that I needed prior to appointment. Once in, the dentist told me that I did not need the service. I spent almost $300. Eventhough I paid cash, it took them 1 month to refund my money, and that's after talking to their incompetent staff who did not know their own refund policy. I literally had to call Corporate so that they could cut a check for the services I did not receive. Very unprofessional, long wait times, and staff is rude. Go some place else!
