I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, from confirming my insurance to booking the appointment. Their professionalism and politeness stood out. Dr. Jason Lee was very gentle during the cleaning procedure, making it a comfortable experience. All the staff were warm and friendly throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place!

You know I really love the dentist, HOWEVER, they double book appointments resulting in over an hour wait every time for a basic cleaning. This is the third time in a row. I had my “appointment” for 6 months time. I even called to see if she was running on time this time and I was told she was. When I came. I was always helped by the front desk. They helped clarify everything and let me know what I can and can’t do. Helped me with my insurance. Recently, I needed to get my teeth checked for a job. They gave a good price out of pocket due to my insurance change. When I needed to get my tooth taken out, they sent me to a good dentist around 180th street. I never was let down.

I had a very easy and efficient experience at Gentle Dental due to a recent dental emergency. Very short wait time, accepts almost all insurance coverages, including Liberty Dental through the Anthem Essential Plan. Doctor Hubscher, did a great job of finding the issue, creating a plan for treatment, and writing a referral to an Oral Surgeon. Also very thankful for his transparency in pricing. Will be returning soon for a deep cleaning, and any further treatment.

Dr. Hubscher is very pleasant, professional and has a fantastic bedside manner. I was a nervous wreck about needing two root canals but he really put me at ease by not being dismissive, condescending nor arrogant. He understands that every patient is different with varying needs. After having had a bad experience with a dentist with zero integrity and no skill, it was refreshing to have a dentist, who knows what he's doing, treat me with the kind of respect I'm sure he'd want should he be in my position.
