Not sure where to begin. Front desk amazing helpful and very kind and friendly. Hygienist do a remarkable job ( have seen two) and I can eat and brush my teeth after cleaning-unlike other hygienist I have been to. Office is clean and well organized. As for Dr. Barth I can’t begin to tell you how thorough and easy going he is. He knows his business and explained everything as he went along. I have recommended 5 neighbors to General Dental and have come back with raving results. Thank you for you team!!!
When Fox News became more important to the staff in the waiting room than the comfort of its patients, I decided to make a change, and the move has been positive in every way. In today's political climate, it is simply poor judgment to have patients exposed to controversy prior to a dreaded dental episode. I might add that I first gently complained to the staff and was encouraged to find another dentist.
I just want to acknowledge Dawn in billing who went more than that extra mile to help me find out if my new insurance would be acceptable for my dental care at Gentle Dental. She was extremely helpful and made multiple phone calls in my behalf. She was beyond courteous every step of the way. In this day and age it is extremely rare to find such qualities in staff and I am so impressed with this woman’s assistance and follow up. She deserves a big raise!😊
I wrote a review the other day and forgot to mention Lyndy. She is the best hygenist we have ever had. She is very personable, efficient, friendly and caring. We highly recommend Gentle Dental to everyone looking for a great dentist, Dr. Barth and a great staff. Charlene and Bob Sepulveda. NMB, SC
