Better care than the others I tried and by a lot. Best dental office in the area, very happy with this office.
I had my initial consultation with Dr. Steve Han today. Although it wasn't an actual treatment session yet, I was deeply moved by how kind and welcoming he was. He explained everything in a very detailed manner, which was incredibly helpful. If you live in the Midtown area, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Han for your treatment!
Very thorough, both dentist and assistan t. Answered my questions with patience and throughness.
I came in 20 minutes early for a cleaning. I wasn’t called back into the room until 20 min after my appointment was scheduled. The hygienist then proceeded to yell at me and say because I was late she couldn’t do my cleaning that day and I would have to come back. I told her I was early to the appointment and she yelled “Well if you were early, why didn’t anyone send you back here!!!” Really unprofessional.
